Build and Certifications
The premium wide mouth IBC comes in 220, 275, and 330 gallon capacities. Each tank is rotational mold manufactured using food grade high density polyethylene (HDPE) to a 0.50″ wall thickness. This production method produces a seamless, one-piece container with outstanding durability, a long service life, and consistent, reliable strength.
They are built to a 1.9 specific gravity rating to handle liquids and chemicals weighing up to 15.8 pounds per gallon. The IBC measures 45 inches wide by 45 inches long. It has a square profile for better organization, faster handling, and easy integration into different worksite setups and systems.
Note, premium wide mouth stackable IBC tanks are not UN/DOT certified and for shipping, should only be used with non-CFR listed, non-hazardous materials. They are intended for use with materials that do not require UN rated containers for transport. The HDPE resin is FDA approved, and the container is ANSI/NSF 61 certified. Each tote is UV stabilized for extended outdoor use and features semi-translucent walls with molded-in gallon/liter markings for easy visual monitoring of content levels.

Features
Premium wide mouth stackable IBC totes feature a large 18 inch manway with fully removable lid for excellent access to the container interior for cleaning, mixing, and inspection. The lid is secured with a PE sanitary gasket and a sturdy clamp ring. The tank’s top features a unique top rib design that safeguards ports from impacts, lets liquids run off, and ensures easy stacking alignment.
For accessory connections, each tote includes one replaceable 2 inch NPS bung port and 2 inch vacuum vent with EPDM gaskets. Standard drain is a 2” NPT male quick connect ball valve that provides near complete drainage of tank contents with the tote’s fully sloped bottom.
A heavy duty (HD), roto-molded platform base supports the container and protects over 30% more surface area than standard designs. The HD base features extra wide channels to minimize damage risks and simplify forklift and pallet jack maneuvering. The totes have 4 way, cross directional access for equipment handling from any direction.
